One woman, two grandmothers with ancient knowledge of healing plant medicine.
This beautiful and very special quest has allowed us to meet homesteaders, bush men, and wise elders; but most importantly it has allowed us to reconnect with our families, the traditional women from across the globe who understood a different way of life. A healthier, simpler, way of life.
By spending time reflecting on the wisdom our grandmothers gave us, whether explicitly by recommending herbs, tinctures and tonics to take when ill, or ethereally, by watching them drink their green leaves with lemon, remembering which foods they harvested, or how they knew which season was better to eat certain foods. As we become these wise women to our children we wanted to capture this knowledge, preserve it and pass it on.
We hope you enjoy our recommendations. None of the information replaces medical advice, which should always be provided by a qualified practitioner. Our information is to help you on your journey to become the best version of you possible.
Many of the products can be found right in your garden or your local community. We also hope to introduce you to how you can grow your own healing herbs and encourage bees and butterflies to help with sustaining ecology.
