
Join others seeking to improve their health and wellness by learning how to infuse our blends, improve decoction and extract maximum nutrients. You will be introduced to the various different ways to use your herbs to make teas, how to store, and the best materials and products to use. You will begin your journey of research into ancient Indian and Chinese practices and how modern medicine has drawn from this.
Each participant will be provided with samples and tea blends to taste whilst we discuss common health concerns, the impact of busy lifestyles and why taking time out to enjoy the ritual of tea time can promote better mental health.
Our philosophy is that we can help others by sharing information and our own individual experiences. We want to create a supportive network where the love of life is championed.
Tea parties are held monthly and we look forward to meeting you.
